Our amazing team is growing and we׳re looking for a highly motivated, independent, reliable, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. As part of the finance team you will be part of our day to day accounting operations and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company's extensive growth.
Manage all bookkeeping aspects of the company.
Take lead on the month-end close: Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing of the company’s books.
Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited: to bank accounts, credit cards, accruals, etc.
Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices and maintaining approval flow and payments.
Manage reporting to governmental authorities including ITA, National Insurance and VAT
Assist and support in the year-end audit process
At least 5 years of proven bookkeeping experience
Experience with Priority ERP system – an advantage.
High level of Excel proficiency – an advantage
Experience with payment for suppliers.
Managing invoices, bank accounts, cash flow, budget, and customer billing.
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written).
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently following established policies and regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Team player with a proactive approach.
Ability to quickly learn, process, summarize and present new information.
Ability to work and think both independently and in a diverse team setting.
